Peter M. Winters, FAIA, CFM, IFMA Fellow is a Senior Vice President for HOK where he is responsible for the management of HOK’s Dallas office. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and a Fellow with the International Facility Management Association.
Pete has over 35 years of facility planning, project management and architecture experience in the U.S., China, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Mexico, Hong Kong, and Japan.
Pete is a frequent speaker at industry events, including CoreNet Global, IFMA and the American Institute of Architects. His articles have appeared in trade publications including Journal of Facilities Management, Buildings Magazine, and Facilities Journal.

Pam Mazor is the Building Design and Construction Manager for Global Facilities Management within the Dow Chemical Company. Located in Dow’s Midland, Michigan headquarters, she has 23 years of experience within the areas of Manufacturing and Engineering, Research and Development, Six Sigma, IT and Facilities Management.
For the past 6 years, her focus has been in the development of a global program office to enable clients within Dow to achieve business success by delivering safe, innovative, optimal and sustainable laboratory and office facility projects.

David Reese, AIA, LEED® AP is HOK’s regional Director of HOK’s Science + Technology. As a registered Architect with more than 35 years of experience in the design of research laboratories, advanced manufacturing, and mission critical facilities, David’s focus is on the design and delivery of highly technical building types. He has used both traditional and design/build delivery methods throughout his career delivering projects around the world.
David’s recent experience includes: the King Abdula University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia, the University of Texas Dell Pediatric Research Institute, a $65 million research lab, and several international energy company projects in middle east and parts of Asia. In recent years David’s teams have won: two Design Build Institute of American, Project of the Year awards, an Associated Builders & Contractors, Eagle award, Lab of the Year in 2010.
