Kirk joined Memorial
Hermann as System Executive, Real Estate in 2005 with the
responsibility for:
- The financial and operational success of more
than 3.1 million square feet (SF) of owned real estate assets.
- Oversight
of the third-party leased properties totaling approximately 1.8 million
SF, which includes approximately 70 retail locations.
- Asset management of various land, timber,
oil/gas, aviation and other MH owned properties.
- Corporate facilities oversight of approximately
525,000 SF.
Kirk
has almost 30 years of commercial, retail and industrial real estate
experience. Prior to joining Memorial Hermann, he served as Vice
President of corporate dispositions at The Staubach Company where he
developed and managed commercial programs. He also developed, leased
and managed numerous Class A mixed use properties for more than six
years as Vice President of Dienna Nelson Augustine Company in Houston.
His diverse portfolio included joint venture, institutional owned
commercial, industrial properties, oil/gas and timber assets.
Kirk
holds the CCIM and CPM professional accreditations, a Texas broker’s
real estate license and earned his Bachelors in Business Administration
from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
Kirk is a
fourth generation Texan and native Houstonian. He is married to Lorena
and enjoys spending time with their eight year old son, Thomas.
David Perryman
joined Texas Children’s Hospital as its Director of Real Estate in
January 2015 and has practiced corporate real estate since
1987. He currently advises Texas Children’s executives on
real estate strategy and portfolio optimization
opportunities. His department is also responsible for
transaction management and lease administration.
Prior to joining Texas Children’s, Mr. Perryman served 17 years in
various leadership positions with the international real estate
advisory firm JLL. As Global Account Director for a Fortune 5
energy firm, Mr. Perryman’s team provided global transaction services
and managed approximately 17 million square feet of office, research
and industrial space in the US. He also led JLL’s
(Staubach’s) Houston Corporate Services division for 12 years.
Mr. Perryman started his corporate real estate career in the financial
services industry and later moved into the education and energy
sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in
risk management from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science
in Real Estate from Georgia State University. His
professional designations include the CCIM awarded by the CCIM
Institute and the SLCR from CoreNet Global. Mr. Perryman
currently serves on the Board of the Houston Chapter of CoreNet Global
as Past President.
Spencer Moore has been in the Texas’s Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry for more than 20 years. Most recently, he was named vice president of Facilities Management and chief facilities officer at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. In this role, Moore oversees more than 16 million square feet of clinical, research and administrative space and employees nearly 1,900 employees who provide safety, property management, logistical and support services, and capital development services.
Moore returns to MD Anderson from The University of Houston where, since 2009, he served as the executive director of Facilities Planning and Construction for Plant Operations. At UH, Moore was responsible for managing the master planning, capital project program, renewal and deferred maintenance and space management program for a 16 million square-foot, 60,000-student, four-member University System, located on six campuses in the City of Houston metropolitan area.
Moore previously served at MD Anderson Cancer Center from 2002 to 2009 as a project director where he managed the planning, design and construction of the T. Boone Pickens Academic Tower and the Duncan Building. Both projects totaled approximately $280 million. He also was a program manager in Facilities in 1996-1997. Moore has held similar project manager roles at Hewlett Packard, W.S. Bellows and Texas Children’s Hospital, overseeing nearly $600 million in projects during his tenure with those companies.
Moore holds a master’s of business administration from The University of Houston Bauer College of Business and both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in construction management from Texas A&M University.
